Waterhousefc.com : How long have you been at the club? R. M. : For the past five years. Waterhousefc.com : How did you manage to be at Waterhouse? R. M. : When the late Peter Cargill accepted the job as Waterhouse's coach he told me that he wanted me at Waterhouse. Waterhousefc.com : How has the club
influenced your personal development?
R. M. : I have learned to interact with people from differing backgrounds along with learning to motivate myself.
Waterhousefc.com : And what can be listed as major achievement for teams that you have played for since you have been here?
R. M. : Definitely winning the Premier League in 2005/2006.
Waterhousefc.com : So who has had the most influence on your career since you have been at Waterhouse?.
R. M. : Peter Cargill before he died!
Waterhousefc.com : What is a typical day or week like for you?
R. M. : If there is no training in the morning, I would go to work and in the evenings go to training.
Waterhousefc.com : Tell us about your previous years in the sport, other clubs and competitions played!
R. M. : At the school level I won every competition I participated in, U12 for Howard Cooke Primary in 1996, winning the competition without conceding a single goal, then at Cornwall College, Dacosta Cup and Ben Francis Cup titles in victories in 2000 and 2001 and the Olivier Shield in 2001.

R. M. : Jermaine Hue and Kenardo Forbes

R. M. : Robinho!
Waterhousefc.com : Why?
R. M. : He plays entertaining football.
Waterhousefc.com : Which teams do you enjoy competing against?
R. M. : Tivoli and Arnette Gardens!
Waterhousefc.com : Which International would you dream of playing for one day?
R. M. : Chelsea, my favorite club.
Waterhousefc.com : Have you ever represented Jamaica on the International level?
R. M. : Yes. I have represented the country at all youth levels, Under 17, 20 and Under 23. I also have been capped 21 times with the senior team.
Waterhousefc.com : Wow, any game or tournament while wearing the national colours that stands out in your memory that you would like to share with us?
R. M. : My first time representing Jamaica at the World Cup qualifiers in the U.S..
Waterhousefc.com : And what has been your best moment?
R. M. : Playing Mexico's U23 in Mexico. I made some wonderful saves and was voted man of the match, although we lost 0-4
Waterhousefc.com : And your worst moment?
R. M. : Losing to Iran 8-1, I came on as a substitute at half time when the score was 6 - 0.
Waterhousefc.com : Who has had the greatest influence on your career?
R. M. : My brother.
Waterhousefc.com : Did any member of your family play this sport?
R. M. : Yes my cousin, Paul "Tegat" Davis.
Waterhousefc.com : So how do you relax and have fun?
R. M. : I enjoy motorsports, drag racing etc., when at home I surf the net a lot.
Waterhousefc.com : Were you to travel tomorrow where would you go and why?
R. M. : Africa, I have never been there before and I would love to see the place!.
Waterhousefc.com : After you are thru playing football, whats next?
R. M. : Definitely going back to school as I would love to persue a career in management.
Waterhousefc.com : What specific things would you do to improve the program here at Waterhouse?
R. M. : The players' attitude toward the game needs to be looked at.
Waterhousefc.com : What junior level program do you think can or will create a star in the future?
R. M. : The Under 17 program.
Waterhousefc.com : Looking back at our previous achievements here at Waterhouse, in comparison to now. Where do you think we got it wrong or right for that matter?
R. M. : As I said before the attitude of the players have really deteriorated ove the couple of years thus indiscipline has creeped in over time.
Waterhousefc.com : And what would be your closing words to the younger players?
R. M. : Have and maintain an open mind, do your best in school because football is not a career!
